Offering two locations in San Antonio, our 15102 Jones Maltsberger location has been open since 2009 and our more recent location at 12702 Toepperwein Rd Suit 106, Live Oak Texas 78233. Our Toepperwein & IH35 location will offer body sugaring, Bright skin lightening services, facials, and Saint Mineral make up line. Our Jones Maltsberger location offers body sugaring, men/women's cuts, nail services and facials services, Bright skin lightening, and Saint Mineral makeup.
Tracie 210-495-3333, opened Sugar Streak Studio in 2009, offering sugaring services and education since 2003. Will be offering body sugaring services at Jones Maltsberger & Toepperwein.
Ana 210-488-0106 joined not too long after offering manicures, pedicures, shellac nail services, she also offers a full range of facial services, eye lash lift & tint, and body sugaring services at our Jones Maltsberger location.
Mary 210-849-8637 has been with Sugar Streak from the beginning, offering body sugaring services at our Teopperwein & IH35 location.
Adilai 210-937-2169 specializes in cuts and styles for men, women and children along with body sugaring services, she brings a great positive vibe and many years of experience, she will be at our Jones Maltsberger and the Toepperwein & IH35 location.

Policies & Procedures
- Sugar Streak Studio requires 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment with out a $20.00 fee being added to your next service. We completely understand that life emergencies are unavoidable, so we reserve the right to charge the fee or not. Our online booking system gives you a 24 hours reminder of your appointment and allows you to change your appointment 12 prior to your appointment. We strongly suggest that if you get your reminder and need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that you do it right away, this will allow us to open our time for someone else to come in and will avoid the hassle of the fee.

We make every effort to provide enough time for each service and ask that you arrive on time for your treatment. We do request that first time clients arrive 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment time to fill out the appropriate paperwork. Treatment times may vary slightly from the times indicated on the menu. Clients arriving 15 minutes past their appointment time will be rescheduled at the discretion of the professional and based on time allotted for the service scheduled.

Our policy is to provide the treatment during the time allotted, therefore late arrivals will be given the time remaining and the normal fee will be unchanged.

Gift certificates are non-refundable, but can be used for in-store credit at the discretion of the therapist. Customized packages are available.

Please mind your manners. We reserve the right to ensure the comfort of our clients, and therefore reserve the right to refuse service for improper behavior. In such cases, services will be terminated and charges will remain unchanged. We ask that cell phone conversations while waiting be taken outside.

CHILDREN: We absolutely understand that your children are angels. However, due to insurance laws and regulations and our own policies, children under the age of 12 are not allowed to be present during services in the treatment room. Children 8 and under cannot be left unattended in the lobby. Services for persons under 18 years of age require a parent to be present or be present to sign the consent form.
